The truss girder deck, also known as reinforced truss formwork, is a composite structural system that involves processing the main reinforcing steel in the factory with special equipment to form a steel truss, and then welding the steel truss with galvanized steel plates to create a single unit. During the construction phase of the structural floor, this system replaces the construction formwork with galvanized steel plates, and together with the steel truss formed by welding with the steel in the structure, it bears the self-weight of the concrete floor and the construction loads. After pouring concrete, it forms a reinforced truss concrete floor that withstands service loads during use.
