The truss floor deck, also known as the reinforced truss formwork, is a composite structural system formed by processing the main reinforcing steel in the factory using special equipment into a steel truss, and then welding the steel truss with galvanized steel plate to form an integrated structure. During the structural floor construction phase, this system replaces the construction formwork with galvanized steel plate, and together with the steel truss formed by welding the steel in the structure, it bears the self-weight of the concrete floor and the construction load. After the concrete is poured, it forms a reinforced truss concrete floor that withstands the service loads during use.
