The truss floor deck, also known as reinforced truss formwork, is a composite structural system that involves processing the main steel reinforcement in the floor into a steel truss using special equipment in a factory, and then welding the steel truss with galvanized steel plates to form an integrated structure. During the construction of the structural floor, this system replaces the formwork with galvanized steel plates, which, together with the steel truss welded to the steel reinforcement in the structure, bear the weight of the concrete in the floor and the construction loads. After pouring the concrete, it forms a reinforced truss concrete floor that withstands the loads during use.
