PF Series Filter Cartridges utilize ultra-thin filter media, allowing the same-sized cores to accommodate more pleats. Compared to folding, winding, and meltblowing processes, the filter area is significantly increased. The outer sparse and inner dense filtration layer enhances the effective filtration area and dirt-holding capacity. The core filter media is made of special ultra-fine fibers, which increases the effectiveness of the filter media.

Utilizing PF high-intensity internal support, the support layer is tightly connected with the filter material, boasting strong impact resistance. The top and bottom caps are laser-welded for a seamless, non-peeling bond; featuring double-circle or star-shaped sealing to enhance safety factor.

PF filter cores offer various filtration accuracy options, achieving an effective removal rate of up to 99.98%.
