Filter cores have a service life and will clog after a certain period of use. They typically employ external pressure filtration, with the clogging material usually found on the surface of the filter core. For expensive filter cores, reuse can effectively reduce costs. So, what methods can be used to clean PE sintered filter cores?
1. Reverse flush the deionized water for 15 minutes with a backflush pressure less than 0.4 Mpa, or use clean air (steam) for backflushing, with a pressure less than 0.4 Mpa.
2. Ultrasonic Cleaning: Place the PE sintered filter core into the ultrasonic cleaning tank, remove after 60 minutes of cleaning, then rinse with deionized or distilled water for 15 minutes. Dry and sterilize before use.
