Product Introduction Our electric spark gap is designed for cross-connection at the ends of insulating flanges on oil and gas transmission pipelines, to prevent insulation flange breakdown due to lightning overvoltage or operational overvoltage. By grounding the oil and gas transmission pipelines with this product, overvoltage on the pipelines can be limited to a relatively low amplitude range, thereby preventing personal harm to individuals in contact with the pipeline overvoltage. The electric spark gap is used for equipotential bonding between two independent grounding bodies in systems such as buildings, railways, and petrochemical facilities. Product Features 1. High energy absorption, reliable protection, and low residual voltage; 2. Nanosecond response speed, no carryover current; 3. Sealed structure, arc is difficult to escape externally, with explosion-proof functionality; 4. Enclosure made of corrosion-resistant insulating material, suitable for installation in various environments. Installation and Maintenance The electric spark gap is installed between two independent grounding electrodes or between the equipment to be protected and the ground. The connecting bolts can be directly connected to the grounding bus. This product requires no maintenance.
