1. Product Introduction: Our company's developed thermite welding flux is easy to prepare, with fast welding speed, and simple operation methods. It has moderate heat output, solid fusion, high plasticity of deposited metal, and resistance to cracking and peeling. 2. Instructions for Use: (1) Pass the cable wire through the welding mold and place it parallel on the pipe. (2) Place the copper sheet on the top of the mold's hole (covering the inner hole). (3) Then place the thermite welding flux and ignition agent on top of the copper sheet in sequence. (4) Ignite directly with a match (open flame) or a fire starter gun. (5) After ignition, quickly cover the top cover of the welding mold and wait until the combustion is complete. (6) Before welding, the pipe surface must be de-rusted and de-oiled.
