I. Working Principle

BWZJ-FTA DC24V/AC220V explosion-proof integrated flame detector employs a high-sensitivity imported ultraviolet photoelectric tube, featuring high sensitivity, rapid response speed, and simple application circuit. It is specifically responsive to ultraviolet light within the narrow range of 185~260nm emitted during flame combustion, unresponsive to other spectral ranges of light. By utilizing this, it can detect the ultraviolet light during flame combustion to determine the presence and size of the flame. Consequently, the detector is sensitive only to the ultraviolet light produced by flame combustion, unresponsive to sunlight and high-temperature radiation from the furnace, and has strong anti-interference capabilities.
