Tonnage Bag Palletizer
1. Simple structure with minimal parts, resulting in low failure rates, reliable performance, easy maintenance, and reduced inventory of spare parts. 2. Low footprint, benefiting customer's production line layout in the factory and allowing for a larger storage area. Palletizing robots can be placed in tight spaces for efficient use. 3. High versatility. When the dimensions, volume, shape of the customer's product, or the tray size changes, modifications can be made on the touch screen with minimal disruption to normal production. Mechanical stackers require significant changes, if not impossible, to accommodate these changes. 4. Low energy consumption. Typically, mechanical stackers consume around 26KW, whereas the power consumption of a palletizing robot is about 5KW, significantly reducing operating costs for the customer. 5. All controls can be operated via the control cabinet screen, making operation extremely simple. 6. Only the starting and placement points need to be located; the teaching method is straightforward and easy to understand.
