II. Working Principle
As the input shaft rotates with the eccentric sleeve, due to the characteristics of the involute wheel's tooth profile curve and the limitation of the needle gears, the involute wheel's motion becomes a plane motion with both rotation and revolution. When the input shaft rotates one full cycle clockwise, the eccentric sleeve also rotates one full cycle, causing the involute wheel to rotate one tooth in the opposite direction to achieve deceleration. With the help of the W output mechanism, the low-speed self-revolutionary motion of the involute wheel is transmitted through the pin shaft to the output shaft, thus obtaining a lower output speed.
