Wavy-shaped plastic sintered filter plate dust collector (also known as sintered plate dust collector) is made of material using wavy plastic sintered filter sheets. Then, a special spraying process is used to fill the gaps in the plastic sintered plate matrix with ultra-fine dust particles less than 1-2 micrometers, achieving a high dust removal efficiency and ultra-low emissions, meeting the smoke and dust emission concentration requirement of 3-5 mg. It is particularly suitable for the treatment of ultra-fine dust from coarse rolling machines. The plastic sintered plate not only has a high dust removal efficiency but also a long service life, with domestically produced models lasting 8-10 years.
