If the cooling rate of a high and low temperature chiller is slow, and it's not an electrical fault, it could be a refrigeration system issue. Check the low and high-pressure states of the refrigeration compressor in the new high and low temperature chiller's refrigeration system, as they may indicate a vacuum. This could be due to insufficient refrigerant in the high and low temperature chiller. After identifying the slow fault in the high and low temperature chiller, address the specific issue to ensure better operation of the new chiller.
When in use, please note that the high and low temperature cold and hot all-in-one machine should be avoided from impacts to the equipment shell, vibration, or damage or contamination to the key area (function keys display). Ensure to regularly check if the equipment is operating under normal conditions. Conduct regular inspections (at least once every two years) of the status of operational commands, warnings, prohibited, and safety signs to ensure they are in good condition. Place the machine in a clean environment to prevent contamination. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight. Make sure the input power has a good grounding. Before any maintenance, repair, or movement of the equipment, turn off the machine and disconnect the power supply. When moving the equipment over long distances, empty the liquid from the high and low temperature cold and hot all-in-one machine. Carefully inspect all connections to ensure there are no leaks.
The installation and maintenance of high and low temperature cold and hot all-in-one machines are quite important; it is recommended that users operate according to the instructions for use.
