The HEP3 homogenizing emulsifying pump features three sets of rotors and three sets of stators within its cavity, with each rotor and stator having two layers of gears. The three sets of rotors and stators collectively consist of 12 gear disks. The gap between the gears of the rotors and stators decreases from the first stage at the pump inlet to the third stage at the pump outlet. Material passes through the three-layer rotor and stator gear gaps to achieve homogenization and emulsification. Under the same specifications, the HEP3 can provide better emulsification effects and a larger processing capacity than the HEP1 within the same time frame.
