Airlock purpose:
A device designed to minimize door openings within a cleanroom, primarily used for transferring small items between different grade cleanrooms or between clean and non-clean areas, to prevent unclean air from entering the cleanroom during material transfer, thereby reducing the degree of contamination within the cleanroom.
Pass-through window usage instructions:
Airlock is managed by the cleanliness level of the higher-grade clean area it is connected to.
The transfer window connecting the coding room to the filling room should be managed according to the filling room's requirements. After work hours, the clean area operator is responsible for cleaning all internal surfaces of the transfer window and turning on the ultraviolet sterilization light for 30 minutes.
Material must be strictly separated from pedestrian traffic when entering or exiting the clean area, and should only use the dedicated material channel of the production workshop.
Upon material entry, the responsible person of the blending process organizes personnel to remove packaging or clean the exterior of raw materials, then they are sent to the temporary storage room for raw materials in the workshop via the transfer window. The outer packaging of inner packaging materials is removed in their temporary storage room, and then sent into the inner packaging room through the transfer window. The workshop clerk and the responsible persons of the blending and inner packaging processes handle the material handover.
When transferring through the pass window, the "open one, close one" rule for the inner and outer doors must be strictly enforced; both doors cannot be opened simultaneously. After placing the materials into the outer door, close it first, then open the inner door to remove the materials, close it, and repeat the cycle.
When materials are to be sent out of the clean area, they should first be transported to the relevant material intermediate station, and then removed from the clean area in the reverse order of their entry.
All semi-finished products must be transported out of the clean area through the pass window to the temporary storage room outside, and then transferred via the logistics channel to the outer packaging room.
Materials and waste that are highly polluting should be transferred from their designated transfer windows to the non-clean area.
Upon completion of material in and out, it is essential to promptly clean the site of each clean room or intermediate station and the pass window, close the interior and exterior doors of the pass window, and ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection.
