Pass-through window usage instructions:

Airlock chambers are managed by the cleanliness level of the higher-grade clean zone they are connected to.

The transfer window connecting the labeling area and the filling room should be managed according to the filling room's requirements. After hours, it is the responsibility of the clean area operator to clean all internal surfaces of the transfer window and turn on the ultraviolet sterilization light for 30 minutes.

Material must be strictly separated from pedestrian traffic when entering or exiting the clean area, and should use the dedicated production workshop access channel.

Upon material arrival, the production team leader organizes personnel to remove packaging or clean the raw materials before sending them through the transfer window to the temporary storage area for raw materials in the workshop. The outer packaging materials are removed in their temporary external storage area before being sent through the transfer window to the inner packaging room. The workshop coordinator and the leaders of the preparation and inner packaging processes handle the material handover.

3 When transferring through the pass window, strictly adhere to the rule of "open one, close one" for the outer and inner doors, as both cannot be opened simultaneously. After placing materials through the outer door, close it first, then open the inner door to remove the materials, close it again, and repeat the cycle.

Upon removing materials from the clean area, they should first be transported to the corresponding material intermediate station and then removed from the clean area in the opposite sequence of their entry.

All semi-finished products must be transported out of the clean area through the pass window to the temporary storage room outside, and then transferred through the logistics channel to the outer packaging room.

6 Highly polluting materials and waste should be transported from their designated transfer windows to the non-clean area.

Upon completion of material in and out, it is essential to promptly clean the site of each clean room or intermediate station and the pass window, close the doors of the internal and external channels of the pass window, and ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection.
