Wuxi Yijin Airlock Description:
Airlock chambers, as auxiliary equipment for cleanrooms, are primarily used for transferring small items between clean zones and non-clean zones to minimize the number of times cleanroom doors are opened and to greatly reduce contamination in the clean zones. They are widely used in micro-technology, biological laboratories, pharmaceutical factories, hospitals, food processing industries, LCD factories, electronic factories, and all other places requiring air purification.

Pass-through window usage instructions:
Airlock is managed according to the cleanliness level of the higher-grade clean zone it is connected to.
The interlocked transfer window between the coding area and the filling area should be managed according to the requirements of the filling area. After work hours, the operator from the clean area is responsible for wiping all internal surfaces of the transfer window clean and turning on the UV sterilization light for 30 minutes.
Material entry and exit from the clean area must be strictly separated from pedestrian corridors and must be accessed through the production workshop's dedicated material channels.
Upon material entry, the production supervisor organizes personnel to remove packaging or clean the raw materials externally, then transfer them to the temporary storage room for raw materials in the workshop via the transfer window. The outer packaging of inner packaging materials is removed in the external temporary storage room, and then sent to the inner packaging room through the transfer window. The workshop coordinator and the supervisors of the formulation and inner packaging processes handle the material handover.
When transferring through the pass window, the "open and close one door at a time" rule must be strictly followed, with both doors not opening simultaneously. After placing the material into the outer door, close it first, then open the inner door to remove the material, close it, and repeat this cycle.
When materials are to be removed from the clean area, they should first be transported to the relevant intermediate material station and then removed from the clean area in the reverse order of their entry.
All semi-finished products must be transported from the clean area through the pass window to the temporary storage room outside, then transferred via the logistics channel to the outer packaging room.
Materials and waste that are highly polluting should be transferred from their designated pass windows to the non-clean area.
Upon completion of material in and out, it is essential to promptly clean the site of each packaging room or intermediate station and the transfer window, close the doors of the internal and external channels of the transfer window, and ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection.
