The VS Type Clean Bench is a vertical air-laminar flow local purification unit. In a specific space, indoor air passes through a pre-effect filter and is then forced into a static pressure box by a low-noise fan. After passing through a high-efficiency air filter, the clean airflow is emitted uniformly vertically, removing dust and biological particles, achieving a hundred-level cleanliness in the operational area to create a sterile and highly clean working environment.
The Wuxi Yijing YJ-VS Vertical Workbench utilizes an energy-saving top-mounted variable air volume supply system, equipped with high-performance, long-life efficient air filters, achieving a filtration efficiency of ≥99.995%. The spray-painted diffuser plate ensures uniform air distribution, with vertical laminar flow blowing from top to bottom for purification. Working Principle:
The VS-type Clean Bench is a vertical air flow local purification unit. After the indoor air passes through a coarse filter, it is forced into a static pressure box by a low-noise fan, then evenly discharged through a high-efficiency filter to form a clean airflow. This airflow, at a uniform velocity, passes through the work area to remove dust, creating a high-purity working environment. It employs an energy-saving top-mounted variable air volume supply system, paired with high-performance, long-life high-efficiency air filters, achieving a filtration efficiency of 299.995% (sodium flame method) for dust particles ≥ 0.5μm, ensuring the workspace meets the U.S. Federal Standard 209E (100-class purification standard).

Strictly designed in accordance with international electrical safety standards, the product features multiple safety protection measures. The soft light lighting and UV sterilization lamps are controlled separately. It is important to note that UV sterilization can only be activated before work begins; it is not allowed during operation to prevent the UV sterilization lamps from causing burns to the skin.


Many practitioners are unaware of the difference between biological safety cabinets and clean benches, believing that their uses are quite similar.
Actually, there are many misconceptions. Cleanroom benches and biological safety cabinets still have many differences. First, let's define the two in terms of principle.
Biological Safety Cabinets: Used for handling pathogenic bacteria, molds, and yeast. The operation area is under negative pressure, simply put, it draws air out. However, the pathogenic bacteria are not directly exhausted outdoors; they are filtered through the top sump of the biological safety cabinet. They are categorized by exhaust air percentage, including 50% exhaust, 75% exhaust, and 100% exhaust models.
Clean Bench: Equivalent to a miniature clean room, achieving the US Federal Standard 209E Class 100 purification, with an extremely high level of cleanliness. Simply put, it draws air in from the outside to maintain positive pressure inside, and through pre-and high-efficiency air filters, it keeps the operational area at a higher level of purification.
