Performance and Application

1. Easily soluble in water, forming a milky white solution; not resistant to strong acids, bases, heavy metal salts, and reducing agents. Penetrates quickly and evenly, with excellent wetting, penetration, emulsifying, and foaming properties. Best penetration effect below 40°C; more prone to hydrolysis when encountering alkali at high temperatures. It is advisable to treat the fabric with a penetrant below 40°C before increasing the temperature. Penetrant T is not resistant to strong alkalis and should not be directly added to concentrated alkali solutions; dilute the alkali solution first before adding Penetrant T.

2. This product is an efficient penetrant, suitable for treating cotton, linen, viscose, and their blended fabrics. The treated fabrics can be directly bleached or dyed without scouring, improving dye defects caused by dead cotton, resulting in a softer and fuller hand feel after printing and dyeing. During the grey fabric bleaching process, it's best to exhaust the dye first to ensure the penetration effect.

3. If too much foam is observed when using Penetrant T, a small amount of defoaming agent, such as GP or octanol, or tributyl phosphate, can be added for defoaming.

4. For cotton dyeing; for wettable powder of agricultural pesticides.

Packaging and Storage

200Kg/50Kg plastic drum packaging. Store and transport as general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
