Performance & Applications

   1. NP-4 dissolves in oil and other organic solvents, exhibiting excellent emulsifying properties. As an oily emulsifier, it is used to produce W/O emulsions. In certain organic synthesis reactions, it acts as a reaction medium, reducing reaction time and improving conversion rates. For instance, during the polymerization of polyvinyl chloride in plastics, it serves as a whole material agent, ensuring uniform molding of polyvinyl chloride particles and preventing sticking to the pot. It can also be used as a dry cleaning detergent.

    2. NP-5 dissolves in oils and general organic solvents, serving as an emulsifier, coupling agent, antifreeze, rust inhibitor, dispersant, and intermediate for organic synthesis.

    3. NP-7 is diffused in water and mineral oils, exhibiting excellent emulsifying and cleaning properties, commonly used as an emulsifier in general industry. In the process of wool spinning, synthetic fiber industry, and metal processing, NP-7 serves as a cleaner. It can act as a pre-dye and post-dye washing agent for polyacrylonitrile, and can also be formulated into a dyeing agent for cationic dyes.

    4. NP-9 and NP-10 are easily soluble in water, featuring excellent emulsifying and cleaning capabilities, making them an important component of synthetic detergents. They can be used to formulate various cleaning agents, demonstrating exceptional cleaning power for animal, plant, and mineral oils. As part of the oil agent in the synthetic fiber industry, they not only exhibit emulsifying properties but also provide static dissipation effects. In blends of short fiber synthetic yarns, they act as softeners, enhancing the smoothness and elasticity of the film. This emulsion offers protection to colloids. Generally used as an emulsifier in industry, it stabilizes emulsions. It serves as an antioxidant, wetting agent, and battery corrosion inhibitor. In the dyeing and printing industry, it functions as an assistant for leveling, diffusion, wetting, and cleaning, demonstrating excellent performance. It is used as a leveling agent in the new low-temperature dyeing process for wool. In the pesticide, pharmaceutical, and rubber industries, it acts as an emulsifier. In the construction industry, it can be used as an emulsifying asphalt emulsifier and is also a key component of metal-based cleaning agents. It is employed as a wetting agent, foaming agent, and mud activity treatment agent in oil fields.

5. NP-12 is highly soluble in water, serving as an efficient洗涤剂 for finishing wool over a wide pH range and as a heavy-duty, low-foaming detergent.

6. NP-15 serves as an O/W emulsifier, used as a cleaner in the metal, mechanical, and textile industries.

7. NP-13 to 50 is highly soluble in water, featuring excellent emulsifying, dispersing, wetting, and渗透 properties. It is used as a high-temperature emulsifier, high electrolyte concentration cleaner, wetting agent, stabilizer for synthetic rubber latex, special oil emulsifier, and pesticide emulsifier.

Packaging and Storage

200kg iron drums, 50kg plastic drums packaging; solid slices are packaged in 20kg woven bags after forming.

This series of products is non-toxic, non-flammable, and can be stored and transported according to general chemical standards. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area.
