Performance and Application

     1. Widely used in the dyeing and printing industry, serving as a leveling agent for direct,还原, acidic, dispersible, and cationic dyes, also as a diffuser and desizing agent. Generally used at a concentration of 0.2-1g/L, it yields significant results, enhancing color fastness and providing bright, even coloration. It can also remove dirt from dye particles on fabrics, improve the cleaning power of ABS-Na synthetic detergents, and reduce the electrostatic effect on fabrics.

     2. As a cleaner in metal processing, it is particularly effective in removing surface oil污, facilitating subsequent processing. It can also serve as a solvent enhancer (brightener).

     3. In the glass fiber industry, acts as an emulsifier to produce a fine and uniform lubricating oil emulsion, reducing the breakage rate of glass fibers, and eliminating the occurrence of fiber fuzzing.

     4. In general industry, serves as an O/W emulsifier with excellent emulsifying properties for animal, plant, and mineral oils, resulting in highly stable emulsions. For instance, it is used as a component in the spinning oils for polyester and other synthetic fibers; as an emulsifier in latex and oil drilling fluids; this product has unique emulsifying properties for stearic acid, paraffin, mineral oils, etc.; and it acts as an emulsifier in the polymerization of high molecular weight emulsions.

     5. In agriculture, acts as a seed soaking penetrant to enhance the penetration ability of pesticides and improve seed germination rate.

     This product is non-toxic, non-flammable, and should be stored and transported as general chemicals. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area.
