Performance and Application
1. AC-1203 is used as a dispersant, antistatic agent, and softening finisher in the textile industry, and can also serve as a latex stabilizer and acid corrosion inhibitor.
2. AC-1202, AC-1205, AC-1210, and AC-1215 are used in pesticides for insecticide and herbicide formulation, as antistatic agents and emulsifiers for lubricants in the textile industry, and can also serve as oil additives. They are employed in water-based inks and cosmetics.
3. The AC-1210 is particularly suitable as an antistatic additive for ship painting, reducing resistance and replacing high-voltage spray painting processes, thereby improving working conditions. In adhesive textiles, it serves as a dispersant for inorganic salts, and in industrial lubrication, it acts as an emulsifier for fats and oils.
4. When used with artificial fibers, AC-1215 can be added to the spinning bath to prevent sedimentation on the nozzle and improve the transparency of alkaline fibers.
Packaging and Storage
200Kg iron drums, 50Kg plastic drums packaging. Stored and transported as general chemicals. Kept in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
