Music Fountain Manufacturing Process:
The general process for manufacturing musical fountains domestically and internationally involves selecting the music to be played; then, computer personnel utilize the music for playback.The 3D animation software creates music fountain water shapes and lighting changes to reflect the musical emotions, and it is repeatedly fine-tuned until the representation is satisfactory. Next, the control personnel weave control programs based on the 3D music fountain animation display, making the nozzles, variable-frequency machines, and lights come to life, producing an actual music fountain. This is also fine-tuned repeatedly to ensure it matches the 3D animation display. Finally, the three systems (music playback, animation display, and control execution) are integrated for testing until they all match. It can be seen that the entire production process lacks information integration, and the three production processes are coordinated manually.
Large musical fountain designs can be broadly categorized into two main types:
1. Tailored to the local terrain, these large-scale musical fountain designs are crafted by a water feature manufacturer, featuring various styles such as wall springs, bubbling springs, mist fountains, tube streams, brook streams, waterfalls, water curtains, cascading water, wave patterns, and whirlpools.
2. Landscape with fountain equipment, including musical fountains, programmable fountains, oscillating fountains, running fountains, luminous fountains, play fountains, high fountains, and laser water screen movies.
Open spaces often feature regular-shaped fountain basins, with large pools and high water jets, avoiding overly ornate lighting. Narrow spaces like street corners or in front of buildings usually have rectangular basins. Basins near modern residential buildings are typically round or rectangular. The fountain should have ample water volume and a strong sense of water movement, with more lavish lighting. The fountain design is flexible, combining with sculptures and various decorative elements, but should maintain simplicity in its changes and use plain colors.
Music Fountain Design Requirements:
1. Prior to pipeline installation, clean the pipeline interior, ensure the main pipeline is level, the riser is vertical and the main pipeline is securely fastened. Before applying anti-rust paint to the pipeline, remove rust and weld slag first. The pump installation must be firm and stable.
2. Lighting Installation: Lighting fixtures, manufacturing and installing light brackets, securing lighting fixtures.
3. Cable Laying and Connection: Cables for pumps and lights are routed according to regulations, with the principle of minimizing underwater joints. Cable connections (heat shrink tubing) are used, cables are bundled and pulled through cable conduits, sealed near the bell mouth, and the pump and light cables are numbered as per the diagram. Cables can be laid through the cable trench to the control room and then into the electrical distribution cabinet via cable trays.
4. Distribution Control Equipment Installation: Position control and distribution equipment in the control room as per the drawings, and connect the load equipment to the corresponding terminals of the distribution equipment according to cable numbering.
