Fountain Manufacturing Process:
The production process for musical fountains in China and abroad typically involves selecting the music to be played; then, computer personnel utilize the music for playback.The 3D animation software creates music fountain patterns and lighting changes to reflect the emotional essence of the music, repeatedly adjusting until the desired effect is achieved. Next, operators weave control programs based on the 3D music fountain animation display, making the nozzles, variable frequency machines, and lights come to life, producing an actual musical fountain. This is also adjusted repeatedly to match the 3D animation display as closely as possible. Finally, the three systems (music playback, animation display, and control execution) are interconnected for testing until they align perfectly. It can be observed that the entire production process lacks information integration and is manually coordinated across the three production stages.

Fountain design requirements:
1. Prior to pipeline installation, the pipeline interior should be cleaned, the main pipeline should be level, the riser should be vertical and the main pipeline should be securely fastened. Before applying anti-rust paint to the pipeline, rust and weld slag should be removed first. The pump installation should be firm and stable.
2. Lighting Installation: Lamps, manufacturing and installing light brackets, securing lighting fixtures.
3. Cable Laying and Connection: The cables for pumps and lights are routed according to regulations, with the principle of minimizing underwater joints. Cable lines are connected using heat shrinkable tubes, and cables are bundled and pulled through cable conduits. The cables are sealed near the bell mouth. The pump and light cables are numbered according to the diagram. Cables can be laid along the cable trench to the control room and then through cable trays into the electrical distribution cabinet.
4. Distribution Control Equipment Installation: Position the control and distribution equipment in the control room according to the drawings, and connect the load equipment to the corresponding terminals of the distribution equipment by cable numbering.
