Fountain Manufacturing Process:
The general process for manufacturing musical fountains domestically and internationally usually involves selecting the music to be played; then, computer personnel utilize the music for playback.The 3D animation software creates musical fountain water shapes and lighting changes to reflect the emotional tone of the music, and it is continuously fine-tuned until the representation is deemed satisfactory. Next, operators weave control programs based on the 3D musical fountain animation display, making the nozzles, variable-frequency drives, and lighting come to life, producing an actual musical fountain. This is also fine-tuned repeatedly to ensure it aligns closely with the 3D animation display. Finally, the three systems (music playback, animation display, and control execution) undergo joint testing until they are perfectly matched. It can be seen that the entire production process lacks information integration, and manual coordination is used to manage the three production processes.

Fountain Design Requirements:
1. Prior to pipeline installation, the pipe cavity should be cleaned, the main pipe should be level, the vertical pipe should be plumb and the main pipeline should be secured. Before applying rust-proof paint to the pipeline, rust and weld slag should be removed first. The pump installation should be firm and stable.
2. Lighting Installation: Fixtures, manufacturing and installing light brackets, securing fixtures.
3. Cable laying and connection: The cables for pumps and lights are routed according to regulations, prioritizing the reduction of underwater joints. Cable lines are connected using heat-shrinkable sleeves, cables are bundled and pulled into cable conduits, and the cable ends are sealed near the bell mouth. Pumps and light cables are numbered according to the diagram. The cables can be laid along the cable trench to the control room and then into the electrical distribution cabinet through cable trays.
4. Distribution Control Equipment Installation: Install control and distribution equipment in the control room as per the diagram. Connect the load equipment to the corresponding terminals of the distribution equipment according to cable numbering.
