Polyether transfer pumps/107 adhesive transfer pumps are specially designed and manufactured for the transportation of heavy, thick liquids that require heating and insulation. They feature a simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, and belong to the category of volumetric internal gear pumps. The pumps utilize positive displacement rotors and wheel assemblies, offering advantages such as high transport capacity, stable flow rate, low noise, minimal internal leakage, excellent sealing, and a compact design.
The diaphragm and wheel assembly of the polyether transfer pump/107 adhesive transfer pump offers excellent buffering during operation, achieving low shear, pulse-free liquid transfer.
The impeller of the internal rotor pump features a crown gear design. The "total volume" of the internal gear pump cavity is formed by the crescent-shaped wall surface of the pump body and the gear surfaces of two liquid-sealed faces. As the gears continuously rotate, pressure fluid is produced, achieving the purpose of conveyance.
Polyether transfer pumps/107 adhesive transfer pumps feature a "forced locking" function to position the rotor and shaft, reducing wear and extending service life. The pump is equipped with a valve to protect the system from damage due to overpressure and to allow automatic overflow. When the pump is reversed, the valve should be installed in the opposite direction, with the valve nut facing the oil intake.
