QGB Insulating High Viscosity Pump Introduction
The QGB series high-viscosity thermal insulation pump, also known as asphalt sprayer pump, is a domestic pump for transporting thick liquids that reached the 1980s level. It is used for the conveyance of high-temperature thick liquids, thin and thick suspensions, and emulsions, featuring thermal insulation, heating, and overpressure control functions.
The QGB Insulated High Viscosity Pump is specifically designed and manufactured for the transport of heavy, thick liquids that require heating and insulation. It features a simple structure and is easy to use and maintain, categorizing it as a volumetric internal gear rotor pump. The pump incorporates a positive displacement rotor and a matching wheel assembly, offering advantages such as high flow capacity, stable flow rate, low noise, minimal internal leakage, good sealing, and a compact design. The pump's performance indicators are significantly higher than those of similar domestic products.
The QGB series high viscosity pump's positive displacement rotors and wheel assembly exhibit excellent buffering during operation, achieving low shear and pulse-free liquid transfer.
The internal gear teeth are crown-shaped, and the "total displacement" of the internal gear pump chamber is formed by the crescent-shaped wall of the pump body and the gear surfaces of the two liquid-sealed faces. As the gears continuously rotate, pressure fluid is produced, achieving the purpose of conveyance.
The QGB series high viscosity thermal insulation pump features a "force lock" function that locates the rotor and shaft, reducing wear and extending service life. The pump is equipped with a valve to protect the system from damage due to overpressure and to automatically overflow. When the pump is reversed, the valve should be installed in the opposite direction, with the valve nut facing the intake port.
The QGB series high viscosity thermal insulation pumps feature a housing that can rotate eight angles on the bracket for easy connection of the pump's inlet and outlet.
