Applying the rated voltage to the core wire, the current passing through the heating core generates joule heat (Q = 0.24I²RT). A constant power series heating tape utilizes this heat to provide heat preservation for objects requiring companion heating. As the current is consistent at each point, the constant power series heating tape maintains uniform power and temperature. The structure of the constant power series heating tape is simple and easy to maintain, with a length of up to 3KM powered by a single-point power supply. This product must be custom-designed and manufactured based on the pipe length and required power; it cannot be arbitrarily cut on-site.
