Solution
Bai Fu Servo Drive Repair Company specializes in repairing various models of servo drives. Recently, a customer brought in a faulty servo drive of model AX2003. During power-on testing, the drive reported alarm code F093. Based on the fault code F093, we first conducted an initial inspection of the drive. We found that the speed loop filter gain of this drive had exceeded the upper limit, causing the filter to saturate and trigger the fault. After determining the cause of the fault, we began the repair process. We first adjusted the drive's parameters, setting the speed loop filter gain within the appropriate range. Then, we inspected the drive's hardware and replaced the damaged electronic components. After parameter adjustments and hardware repairs, we retested the drive. At this point, the drive no longer reported an alarm, and all operating parameters were normal.
