Embedded industrial PC with a high-definition touch screen human-machine interface. Heating temperature, time, slope, cooling, and vacuum are all set on the human-machine interface. It displays the set and actual temperature curves in real-time and features instant curve analysis, allowing for real-time analysis and correction of the curves.
2. Three independent heating zones with top and bottom zones each capable of 8-stage temperature control. The three zones are controlled by separate PID algorithms to ensure synchronized optimal welding effects across different zones. Large pre-heating zone ensures PCB pre-heating is even and does not deform.
3. Stores up to 9,999 temperature curves, which can be called up at any time according to different BGA types. Curve analysis, setting, and correction can also be performed on the touchscreen. Both Chinese and English interfaces are available for selection, making it convenient for domestic and international customers to use without barriers.
4. High-precision K-type thermocouple closed-loop control and automatic temperature compensation system for precise temperature control, maintaining a temperature deviation of ±2 degrees. Additionally, an external temperature measurement interface is provided for precise temperature detection, along with accurate analysis and calibration of the measured temperature curve.

PCB board alignment utilizes a V-shaped groove, equipped with a laser positioning red dot for quick PCB location; a flexible and convenient movable universal fixture protects the PCB board, preventing damage to PCB edge components and PCB deformation, and can accommodate the alignment of PCB boards of various sizes.
