MINI LN-TF03

I. Product Introduction
LN-TF03 MINI Insulation Coating Robot, since its launch, is a lightweight insulation coating robot developed by our company based on the standard model for lines with poor load-bearing capacity, such as old, worn, and thin ones. It can achieve autonomous operation, intelligent control, and live-line work. By applying insulation coating to overhead bare conductors, it achieves post-insulation of the bare conductors, significantly reducing electric shock and discharge accidents. This product positively contributes to the safe operation of the power grid and represents another innovative approach to insulation transformation, enhancing the convenience and timeliness of insulation. Suitable for lines with a load-bearing capacity over 25KG and voltage levels of 10KV, we recommend using conductors with a diameter of Ф50-Ф120.
LN-TF03 Insulation Coating Robot Innovative Feature:
One: Ultra-lightweight: Satisfies insulation construction for old, worn, and thin-wire lines.
Section II: Simple and Reliable: Optimized design of materials, mechanical structure, electrical components, and housing significantly reduces the number of machine components, enhancing reliability.
Three: Fault Resolution: Achieve self-resolution of unexpected equipment failure through redundant design of software and control systems.

III. Working Conditions

Four: Workflow
Site Survey: Assess traffic conditions on-site, inspect wire diameter, line height, and the presence of connectors, check for trees and intersecting lines that may affect construction, measure the distance of the construction route, and compile a "Survey Report."
2. Pre-construction Preparation: Calculate the required amount of insulating adhesive, discuss and finalize the "Construction Plan," determine the personnel involved and their分工, inspect the "Packing List," check the quantity of adhesive, and review the "Construction Supplies List."
3. On-site Construction: The on-site manager reads the safety protection measures and plans, clears any obstacles in the construction area that may affect the work, and follows the "Construction Plan."
4. Inspection and Measurement: Upon completion of the work, the contractor and the client must confirm the coating distance and sign off.
