LN-TF02 General Type

I. Product Introduction
LN-TF02 Universal Insulation Coating Robot is our 2nd generation robot designed for continuous, uninterrupted coating operations. It can autonomously go online, operate with intelligent control, and perform live-line work. By applying insulation coating to overhead bare conductors, it achieves post-insulation of the conductors, significantly reducing electric shock and discharge accidents. This product positively contributes to the safe operation of the power grid and represents another innovative approach to insulation transformation, enhancing the convenience and timeliness of insulation. Suitable for lines with a carrying capacity over 50KG and voltage levels of 10KV-35KV. Recommended for use with wire diameters of Ф90-Ф240.
The LN-TF02 type insulation coating robot is innovative in:
One: Autonomous Operation - No need for manual hanging of insulated boom trucks. Simply use drones or insulated poles to throw the insulated traction rope, with a wide range of adaptability and minimal site restrictions.
Two: Live Line Work: Its unique design combines insulation with shielding, ensuring the safety of electrical equipment and wireless communication during high-voltage live conditions.
Three, Iterative Improvement: While maintaining the stability of the basic framework, we continuously update based on issues encountered during construction and customer requirements. We have already achieved multiple iterations, continuously improving and optimizing the equipment performance, while also enhancing the reliability of the equipment in mass production.
Ultimate Fault Solution: By implementing redundant software and control system design, independent control of the power system's "soft solution," and the "hard solution" for the hardware section, the equipment can self-release under unlikely accidental failures.
II. Technical Specifications

Section 3: Working Conditions

Section 4: Workflow
1. Site Inspection: Assess traffic conditions on-site, examine wire diameter, line height, and the presence of connectors, inspect for any trees or intersecting lines that may affect construction, measure the distances of the construction routes, and compile a "Site Inspection Report."
2. Pre-construction Preparation: Calculate the required amount of insulating adhesive, discuss and finalize the "Construction Plan," confirm the personnel involved and their assignments, check the "Packing List," the quantity of adhesive, and the "Construction Spare Parts List."
3. On-site Construction: Site supervisors read the on-site safety precautions and plans, clear any obstructions in the construction area that may affect the work, and proceed according to the "Construction Plan."
4. Inspection and Measurement: Upon completion of the work, the contractor and the client must confirm the coating distance and sign off.
