Cast-in-place flowable soil stabilization (foamed concrete) for trench and pipeline backfill
1. The fat trench foundation is the part excavated to provide an operational surface for the foundation pit. Therefore, during the construction of the basement, it is necessary to consider timely backfilling the fat trench. Due to the narrow operational surface, neither people nor machinery can achieve dense backfilling, making it a major challenge in the project.
2. Cast-in-place fluidized solid soil (foam concrete) backfill, which features adjustable and controllable compaction strength, dense filling without vibration or rolling, no settlement, convenient construction, and moderate cost (patent pending for utility model), suitable for backfilling in narrow or irregular spaces such as deep foundation pits of buildings and wide trenches.
2. Municipal road engineering and water supply pipeline protection projects, with high fluidity and wide coverage, require no compaction and post-construction settlement compared to traditional backfilling methods. This includes underground pipelines and other voids spanning over highways that are prone to collapse. The use of fluidized stabilized soil backfilling can address these concerns.

Application Number: 2024200510041
Invention Name: A Ground Filling Structure for Cast-in-Place Fluidized Soil
Applicant and Inventor: Liaoning ZheShang Foam Concrete Technology Co., Ltd.
1. The features shown in the right figure include the outer wall 1, natural ground 2. There is a foundation pit channel 3 between the outer wall and the natural ground. Inside the outer wall is the indoor ground 4, which is higher than the natural ground outside the outer wall. A drainage channel 5 is set within the foundation pit channel 3, and fluidized solid soil 6 is filled within the foundation pit channel.
2. The fluidized solid soil 6, characterized by its filling structure, is composed of cement, admixture, binder, foaming agent, and water. The cement used is general-purpose Portland cement of 32.5 grade or higher, and the admixture can be沈阳first and second-grade fly ash. The binder and foaming agent are used to ensure the fluidity of the fluidized solid soil.
3. Based on its characteristics, when the cast-in-place fluidized soil is poured into the foundation pit's sump, backfilling should commence from the lower end. During the pouring process, the outlet of the pouring pipe should remain level with the pouring surface, and the pouring direction should be from one end to the other along the length of the pouring zone.
4. Pour the fluidized soil according to the characteristics, dividing the pouring into 1-3 stages based on the depth of the foundation pit's fat groove. Each pouring stage should not exceed 800-1000mm in thickness. The error after pouring completion should be within ±2mm.
