Lithium primary batteries are a part of the primary battery (non-rechargeable battery) category. They are divided according to materials, including lithium chlorosulfide batteries, lithium manganese dioxide batteries, lithium sulfate batteries, lithium iron disulfide, and lithium copper batteries. However, the most commonly used in the market are lithium-ion batteries and lithium manganese batteries; there are not many companies producing and supplying the other three types of battery materials.
Huajun New Energy supplies the majority of lithium primary batteries, with other models available for order production in addition to the standard and commonly used types. For more details, please contact Huajun New Energy.
Lithium Sulfur Chloride Battery

Lithium thionyl chloride batteries, commonly referred to as lithium SOCl2 batteries, are a type of primary lithium battery that is non-rechargeable and features a high voltage (3.6V), making it one of the most voltage-rich materials among all primary batteries.
Her energy ratio is also very high, with the current mature technology conditions, the energy ratio reaches 500wh/kg or 1100wh/l.
Extensive operating temperature range, from -40℃ to +85℃, with special processing allowing for temperatures up to +165℃.
Storage performance is stable. According to testable data within the industry, it can be stored at room temperature for up to 10 years with an average annual loss of less than 1%. However, due to the characteristics of this material, the longer the storage time, the greater the discharge lag. It may show voltage but will not operate. In reality, the battery's discharge performance returns to normal after a certain discharge time at a specific current.
This material's batteries are categorized by industry companies based on actual application conditions, shape, and discharge performance into energy type, power type, high-temperature type, cylindrical type, and button type.
Domestic manufacturers typically follow naming conventions, dimensions, discharge performance requirements, and safety standards for lithium thionyl chloride battery models. These are referenced from the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards IEC 60086-1, IEC 60086-2, and IEC 60086-4, as well as the national standards GB 8897-1, GB 8897-2, and GB 8897-4. Exported lithium thionyl chloride batteries to the EU also adhere to the European standards EN 60086-1, EN 60086-2, and EN 60086-4.
Huaju New Energy provides the majority of lithium-iodine batteries and has passed the third-party IEC60086 standard test certification. In addition to the standard models that are always in stock, other models are available for order production. For more details, please contact Huaju New Energy.
