Installation Method for Square Grounding Module:
1) Square grounding modules can be installed horizontally or vertically, reaching a constant humidity layer but not less than 0.8 meters deep; the deeper, the better effect.
2) Recommended spacing between modules is 4 meters; if environmental conditions do not permit, it can be moderately adjusted to be wider or narrower.
3) When connecting the ground wire to the square grounding module, use a compression terminal connection. If you need to use fire clay welding method for the connection, you can purchase the welding accessories from our company.
4) For soil connection with square grounding modules, add water and mix to a paste for closer contact and improved resistance reduction effect.
5) Ensure secure crimping of the terminals, and tightly fasten the screws. Then, use 1:2 cement mortar to securely encapsulate the joint area to prevent corrosion of the electrode joint's metallic parts, which can affect service life.
6) Do not add industrial salt or other chlorinated salt-based materials to reduce resistance, as this may damage the square grounding module. For a faster reduction in resistance, simply add more water as per step 4.
Square grounding module main applications:
1. Power System: Including power plants, substation, high-voltage transmission lines, low-voltage transmission lines, etc., as well as the grounding electrodes of various grounding systems.
2. Transportation System: Electric railways, light rail, rapid transit, subway, airports, ports, etc., as well as grounding electrodes for various grounding systems.
3. Communication Systems: Telecommunications rooms, mobile communication base stations, microwave relay stations, satellite receiving stations, network rooms, broadcasting and television equipment, etc., the grounding electrodes of all grounding systems.
4. Industrial Sector: Grounding electrodes for various types of industrial facilities, warehouses, machine rooms, etc., including all necessary grounding systems.
5. In the field of construction: such as various high-rise buildings, commercial/residential buildings, main structures, famous historical buildings, tall memorials, etc., grounding electrodes for all grounding systems.
6. Leisure Facilities: Grounding electrodes for various grounding systems required in amusement parks, golf courses, stadiums, ecological reserves, outdoor tourist attractions, etc.
7. Other: Grounding grid required for grounding system protection.
