Equipment Introduction
Operating Principle: This equipment utilizes an electromagnetic brake clutch motor to drive the synchronous shaft, achieving the tilting of the worktable for the purpose of moving items on the worktable.
The workpiece can be flipped 0~180 degrees to achieve the goal of converting from horizontal to vertical or vice versa.
The workbench is made from steel plates ranging in thickness from 16 to 25mm, based on tonnage and work surface size, ensuring the workbench's load-bearing capacity for workpieces. The surface is covered with a wear-resistant PP board of 10 to 20mm thickness, which protects the surface of the workpiece machinery and reduces direct damage to the workbench, thereby extending the lifespan of the mold flipping machine.
Equipment Appearance: The standard paint finish for our mold machine features a dark blue textured paint on the base, a yellow textured paint on the flipping worktable, and black paint for a warning effect.
Equipment operability: Easy to operate, compact in structure, with a low countertop height and ample countertop dimensions; installation is extremely convenient.
Equipment Safety: The equipment features an automatic locking function upon power failure. When power is cut off, the motor's anti-locking system activates immediately, securing the motor shaft. This causes the motor to stop rotating immediately, and the worktable will also cease flipping, preventing any reverse rotation. Additionally, besides the electromagnetic brake on the motor, the equipment is equipped with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure safety, reliability, and the feature of automatic locking upon power failure.

Mechanical self-locking structure, locks instantly upon stopping, will not reverse due to power failure.
All major components are precision-machined using laser technology to avoid errors from manual production, ensuring smooth operation of the equipment.
Optional signal tower lights with different colored signal lights displayed during operation and standby. An alarm beep sound is also emitted during operation.
The control circuit is fully equipped with 24V safe voltage, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Industrial hard toothed helical gear reducer is used.

Press the forward or reverse rotation button to rotate the workbench in the corresponding direction; release the button to stop the rotation.
The electrical system consists of features such as a leakage protection switch, AC contactor, overheat protection relay, limit switch, intermediate relay, handheld operator, and main electrical cabinet, etc.
Optional perimeter guards, safety doors, and other facilities to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering during equipment operation.
