Equipment Introduction
Operating Principle: This equipment utilizes an electromagnetic brake clutch motor to drive the synchronous shaft, thereby achieving the tilting of the worktable, in order to facilitate the handling on the worktable.
The workpiece is flipped from 0 to 90 degrees to achieve the operation goal of converting horizontal to vertical or vice versa.
Based on the tonnage and workbench size, the workbench is made of steel plates ranging from 16 to 25mm in thickness, ensuring the workbench's load-bearing capacity for workpieces. The surface is covered with a wear-resistant PP board of 10 to 20mm thickness, which protects the surface of the machine equipment and reduces direct damage to the workbench from the workpieces, thereby extending the lifespan of the mold flipper.
Equipment Appearance: Our mold machine features standard paint finish with a deep blue wavy coating for the base, a yellow wavy coating for the flip-over worktable, complemented by black paint for warning purposes.
Equipment operability: Easy to operate, compact in structure, with a low countertop height and ample countertop dimensions; installation is extremely convenient.
Equipment Safety: The equipment features an automatic locking mechanism in case of power failure. Upon power outage, the motor's anti-locking system activates immediately, clamping the motor shaft. This causes the motor to stop rotating instantly, and the worktable will also cease flipping, preventing any reverse rotation. Additionally, the motor is equipped with electromagnetic braking, and the machine is fitted with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure safety, reliability, and an automatic lock function during power failure.
Equipment Features
Mechanical self-locking structure, locks immediately upon stopping, will not reverse even in the event of power failure.
All major components are precision-machined using laser technology to avoid errors from manual production, ensuring smooth operation of the equipment.
Optional signal tower lights, displaying different colored signals during both operation and standby. A buzzer warning sound is also emitted during operation.
The control circuit employs a full 24V safety voltage, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Utilizing industrial hard toothed helical gear reducer.
Utilizes multiple and mechanical limit protections to ensure operational safety.
Equipped with a wired or wireless remote handle, allowing for long-distance operation with safety and reliability.
Connected with industrial sockets for safety and reliability, offering the convenience of easy movement.
Pressing the forward or reverse rotation button causes the workbench to rotate forward or reverse, respectively. Releasing the button stops the workbench.
The electrical system consists of components such as a leakage protection switch, AC contactor, overheat protection relay, limit switch, intermediate relay, handheld operator, and main power box, etc.
Optional equipment perimeter guardrails, safety gates, and other facilities to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering during equipment operation.
