Equipment Introduction
Operation Principle: This equipment utilizes an electromagnetic holding brake motor to drive the synchronous shaft, achieving the tilting of the worktable for the purpose of moving items on the worktable.
Parts can be flipped 0~90 degrees to achieve the objective of converting horizontal to vertical or vice versa.
The worktable is made from steel plates ranging in thickness from 16 to 25mm, based on tonnage and work surface size, ensuring the worktable's capacity to bear workpieces. The surface is covered with a wear-resistant PP board thickness of 10 to 20mm, which protects the surface of the machine equipment and reduces direct damage to the worktable from the workpieces, thereby extending the lifespan of the mold flipping machine.
Equipment Appearance: Our mold machine comes standard with a deep blue textured paint for the base, a yellow textured paint for the flipping worktable, and black paint for warning purposes.
Equipment operability: The equipment is easy to operate, with a compact structure, achieving a low countertop height and generous countertop dimensions; installation is extremely convenient.
Equipment Safety: The equipment features an automatic locking function upon power failure. When power is cut off, the motor's anti-locking system activates immediately, securely gripping the motor shaft. This causes the motor to stop rotating instantly, and the worktable will also cease flipping, preventing any reverse rotation. Additionally, apart from the electromagnetic brake on the motor, the equipment is equipped with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure safety, reliability, and power failure self-locking functionality.

Press the forward or reverse rotation button to rotate the worktable in the corresponding direction. Release the button to stop the worktable.
The electrical system consists of features such as a leakage protection switch, AC contactor, overheat protection relay, limit switch, intermediate relay, handheld operator, and main power box, etc.
Optional perimeter guards, safety gates, and other facilities to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering during equipment operation.
