Equipment Introduction
Operating Principle: This equipment utilizes an electromagnetic brake clutch motor to drive the synchronous shaft, enabling the worktable to be flipped, thereby achieving the transfer of items on the worktable.
The workpiece can be flipped 0~90 degrees to achieve the goal of converting from horizontal to vertical or vice versa.
The workbench is made from steel plates ranging in thickness from 16 to 25mm, based on tonnage and work surface dimensions, ensuring the workbench's load-bearing capacity for workpieces. The surface is covered with a wear-resistant PP board of 10 to 20mm thickness, which protects the surface of the machine equipment and reduces direct damage to the workbench by the workpieces, thereby extending the lifespan of the mold flipping machine.
Equipment Appearance: Our mold-making machine comes standard with a deep blue ripple paint for the base, a yellow ripple paint for the flipping worktable, complemented by black paint for warning purposes.
Equipment operability: Easy to operate, compact in structure, with a low countertop height and generous countertop dimensions; installation is extremely convenient.
Equipment Safety: The equipment features an automatic locking function upon power failure. When power is cut off, the anti-locking system of the motor immediately activates, securely locking the motor shaft. At this point, the motor stops rotating immediately, and the worktable will also cease flipping, preventing any reverse rotation. Additionally, apart from the electromagnetic braking of the motor, the equipment is equipped with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure safety, reliability, and power failure self-locking functionality.

Pressing the forward or reverse point-to-point rotation button causes the workbench to rotate forward or reverse accordingly; releasing it stops the workbench.
The electrical system is composed of features such as a leakage protection switch, AC contactor, overheat protection relay, limit switch, intermediate relay, handheld operator, and main electrical cabinet.
Optional equipment perimeter guards, safety gates, and other facilities to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering during equipment operation.
