The workpiece can be flipped from 0 to 90 degrees to achieve the goal of converting from horizontal to vertical or vice versa.
The workbench is made of steel plates ranging from 16 to 25mm in thickness, based on tonnage and work surface dimensions, ensuring the workbench's load-bearing capacity for workpieces. A wear-resistant PP board with a thickness of 10 to 20mm is laid on the surface, protecting the equipment surface of the workpieces and reducing direct damage to the workbench, thereby extending the lifespan of the mold turning machine.
Equipment Appearance: Our mold machine comes standard with a deep blue textured paint for the base, a yellow textured paint for the flip-over worktable, and black paint for a warning effect.
Equipment operability: Easy to operate with a compact structure, featuring a low countertop height and spacious countertop dimensions; installation is highly convenient.
Equipment Safety: The equipment features an automatic locking mechanism in case of power failure. When power is cut off, the motor's anti-locking system activates immediately, securely gripping the motor shaft. At this point, the motor stops rotating instantly, and the worktable also halts its flipping, preventing any reverse rotation. Furthermore, in addition to the electromagnetic braking of the motor, the equipment is equipped with electrical positioning and mechanical limit devices to ensure the safety and reliability of the device, with a power failure self-locking function.
