Standard for Crack Control Technology of Cast-in-Situ Concrete Structures T/CCPA 27 (T/CBMF 163)
Based on the concrete early cracking sensitivity test methods, the equipment monitors the temperature stress and early cracking sensitivity of concrete under strong constraints in real-time. Test modes include: adiabatic temperature rise test, data simulation test, constant temperature control test, and adiabatic temperature rise + guidance test. Used for detecting temperature stress cracking in large-volume concrete (such as dams, bridges), analyzing the crack resistance of asphalt mixtures or cement stabilized subgrades under temperature changes and loads, analyzing the cracking behavior of soil, rock, or consolidated materials under drying, freeze-thaw, or compression, and detecting the cracking risk of 3D printed additive manufacturing.
