The concrete creep tester is designed for measuring the deformation performance of concrete specimens under long-term constant axial compressive loads in a constant temperature and humidity environment. The equipment can achieve real-time tracking of the pressure exerted by the creep frame on the specimen and its deformation after compression, through high-precision sensors.
The NELD-CS710 creep tester developed by Beijing Naideli Co., Ltd. features thickened steel plates heat treated for enhanced durability and dimensional stability. Equipped with a high-precision pressure sensor, it continuously measures pressure changes during testing. The digital pressure collection system allows for real-time tracking of pressure values. The device is fitted with a micrometer for measuring deformation after application of pressure. Optional, an automatic shrinkage and expansion deformation measurement system can be added, with data presented in graphical form for easy trend observation of shrinkage and expansion. The equipment fully complies with national standards and is suitable for creep contraction tests and other contact-type shrinkage and expansion tests, meeting the requirements of scientific research units, construction units, quality inspection units, and other departments for concrete creep testing.
