Introduction

The IL series centrifuge is a vertical centrifugal discharge, continuous operation filter centrifuge. It can continuously feed, separate, and automatically discharge materials at full speed.

Applicable
Ideal for separating suspension with non-filterable solid particles greater than 0.05mm, with concentrations of 30-80% that are difficult to filter. Primarily used in chemical and light industrial sectors for separating materials such as salt, sugar, mirabilite, ferrous sulfate, gypsum, plastic, wool, fibers, and boric acid.

Working Principle
The motor drives the conical drum to rotate at full speed. The suspension is continuously introduced through the feed tube and evenly distributed on the filter wall of the drum's small end. The liquid phase passes through the filter and drum wall pores, exiting the drum via the drain pipe outside the machine. The solid phase is retained on the filter to form filter cake. Simultaneously, under the action of the centrifugal force's conical surface component, the filter cake continuously slides towards the drum's large end, is discharged from the drum, and finally排出 from the bottom of the centrifuge.
