Introduction
The XJZ centrifuge is an overhead mechanical scraper type fully automatic centrifuge. It separates sugar and syrup under the action of centrifugal force, scraping the sugar material off the drum wall through the radial and axial movement of the scraper to complete the discharging process. The machine is equipped with water washing and steam washing devices, ensuring thorough cleaning of the material.
Application Scope
1. The machine is equipped with water wash and steam wash units, ensuring thorough cleaning of materials to meet the requirements of sugar production processes.
2. Widely used for the honey extraction of putaptang paste.putaptangKey equipment in the industry.
3. The machine can also be used for separating materials with fine solid particles, high viscosity, good fluidity, dense texture, and difficult to be unloaded by gravity. Generally, a solid-liquid ratio (by weight) of 40% to 60% for suspensions is more suitable.
4. This unit boasts excellent performance with the following features:
⑴ Utilizing AC variable-frequency drive, during the automatic cyclic operation, variable-speed control allows for a wide range of speed adjustments to meet requirements for low-speed feeding, high-speed separation, and low-speed unloading. Speed points can be provided according to changes in material properties to achieve optimized operation.
⑵ Electrical control utilizes programmable logic controllers (PLC). A 10-inch color touch screen allows for time settings of various processes and displays the real-time working status of each process, offering flexible, simple, and convenient operation.
The entire unit is controlled by a combination of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, achieving fully automatic cyclic operations of all processes.
③ Components in contact with materials are made of austenitic stainless steel, ensuring clean and hygienic sugar and paste separation.
The overall structure is compact and operates smoothly.
High capacity, high speed, high separation efficiency, large production capacity, high degree of automation, low noise, and low labor intensity.
Working Principle
As the drum rotates at high speed, it generates centrifugal force greater than its own weight by a thousand times. This causes the sugar paste on the wall to be acted upon by the centrifugal force, while the sugar crystals are retained within the drum by the sieve. Meanwhile, the molasses, under the action of centrifugal force, must pass through the filter layer and sieve, then flow out through the drum's wall holes, completing the separation of the crystalline material from the mother liquor.
A single sugar syrup separation can be divided into four stages: the filling and filter layer formation stage, the centrifugal honey discharge stage, the washing honey stage, and the drying stage.
