The ZAZM series electric sleeve regulating valves accept DC current signals from regulating instruments to alter the flow rate of the medium being adjusted, maintaining the controlled process parameters at the set values. Widely used in the production automation control of industrial sectors such as power, metallurgy, chemicals, petroleum, light industry, and papermaking. This series features nominal diameters ranging from 20 to 200mm, nominal pressures of 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4MPa, operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to 450℃, and signal acceptance of 0~10mA.DC or 4~20mA.DC. The electric single-seat regulating valves are suitable for applications with small pressure differentials, high medium viscosity, or slight particulate impurities. The electric sleeve regulating valves are used for larger pressure differential conditions. They are classified into metal-metal and non-metal-metal sealing types based on the sealing material of the valve internals, with the latter achieving a leakage rate up to VI grade (zero leakage) when closed. They can be further divided into general packing seal and bellows seal based on the type of packing, with the former used for general conditions and the latter for critical applications where no external leakage is allowed. The flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. They come in standard and electronic models, with various types and sizes available for selection.
