Features

Structural Design: Utilizes a rational "sandwich" phase line tightly overlaid structure design, resulting in a more compact busbar channel shape and smaller volume, while also enhancing the dynamic and thermal stability of the busbar system.

Water Resistance: Made of high-performance insulating resin, it boasts excellent airtightness and watertightness, with a protection rating of IP68. IP68 is a high-level protection rating that can prevent dust from entering and ensures long-term reliable operation even under continuous immersion.

Fire resistance: The insulating resin is an auto-extinguishing insulating material with an A-grade fire resistance and F120 fire rating; it can operate in flames of 950-1000℃ for over 90 minutes without interrupting the circuit, and the insulating resin is halogen-free, releasing no harmful gases at high temperatures.

Corrosion Resistance: The busbar channel of the metal housing cannot resist acid rain corrosion, corrosive gases from chemical plants, or even corrosive liquids splashing onto electrical products. This requires the busbar to have corrosion resistance. The epoxy resin casting material used for casting the busbar channel exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, effectively resisting the侵蚀 of various chemicals.

Mechanical properties: Can withstand 6 joules of mechanical impact, ensuring safe operation with excellent explosion-proof performance.

All-day Products: Products are unrestricted by altitude; can operate continuously at temperatures as low as -40℃ without cracking of the insulating resin; suitable for long-term use in both indoor and outdoor environments with high pollution levels (level 4).

Application Scope

The casting busbar槽 can be used in a variety of harsh and high-purity environments, and is widely applied in various fields such as shipbuilding, papermaking, power plants, substation, petrochemical industry, iron and steel metallurgy, mechanical and electrical engineering, and large-scale construction.

Air-type busway is suitable for AC three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems with a frequency of 50-60Hz, rated voltage up to 660V, and rated working current of 250-6000A power distribution systems.

Bear the distribution task, connecting low-voltage distribution panels with large and medium-sized loads, primarily used in modern workshops, factories, and high-rise buildings. This series of busbars is an improved version based on the traditional air-type busbars. The air-type busbars use high-purity electrolytic copper as the conductor material, with the entire conductor surface tin-plated to enhance its resistance to oxidation and corrosion. After processing, they are heat-shrunk with PVC tubes, insulated between phases and to ground with insulating blocks, providing dual insulation protection for the copper busbars, significantly improving their insulation performance. Finally, they are enclosed within a grounded metal housing.

The air-type busbar trough housing is made of high-strength cold-rolled steel, cold-rolled into a corrugated structure in one process. It not only boasts an aesthetically pleasing and generous appearance but also significantly enhances the mechanical strength of the busbar trough and the thermal dynamic stability of the system, effectively solving the challenge of large-span installation at construction sites.

Safety shield plates are designed at the air-type busbar槽 outlet, allowing the connection box to be inserted only when the shield plate is opened. This effectively prevents dust and foreign objects from entering the outlet, enhancing the busbar槽's protective capabilities, preventing erroneous operations, and significantly improving the busbar's safety.

The shell protection ratings range from IP40 to IP54, allowing flexible selection based on the installation and usage environment, ensuring economic transmission for busbars.

According to system requirements, interface ports can be installed at any position on the busbar, offering quick installation, easy tapping, and safe usage.
