1. Key Technical Parameters:

2. Control Systems and Safety Protection Measures:
2.1 The electrical control design refers to the "Code for Design of Low-Voltage Power Distribution" GB50054-95, the "Code for Design of Power Supply and Distribution" GB5002S2-95, and the "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Grounding Systems for Electrical Installation Works" GB50169-92, to standardize the electrical control design.
2.2 Control System Integration with Aging Function Design. The design features control of the electrical cabinet, with aging time, temperature, and various operation switches all manageable from a single control cabinet; the electrical cabinet panel is designed for aesthetics and ease of operation.
2.3 The aging process can be fully automated and features partial anomaly self-handling capabilities, making operation automated and simplified.
a. Disconnect power to the circulating fan, electric heater, etc.; the aging room will cool down automatically and continue aging. When the total aging time is reached, the yellow warning light will illuminate, indicating the aging process is complete.
b. Over-temperature Protection Control. Automatically cuts off the power supply to the product when the temperature exceeds the upper limit of product aging, to prevent overheating and aging that could affect its performance; simultaneously, an alarm buzzer sounds and a red warning light illuminates. Power supply is automatically restored when the temperature returns to normal.
2.4 Multi-protection features ensure safety and reliability.
a. Electric heating prevents dry burning; in the event of a fan failure or excessive temperature inside the air duct, the entire power supply is automatically cut off, and the alarm sounds simultaneously.
b. Electric heating and fan联动 design, the heater cannot be independently activated if the fan fails to start.
c. Heaters are connected with high-temperature-resistant wire, which does not burn at 300°C.
d. Install explosion-proof lighting fixtures indoors to extend bulb lifespan and prevent bulb explosion.
e. The storage body is made of flame-retardant insulation material, offering excellent thermal insulation and high safety factor.
f. Over-temperature Audio-Visual Alarm Function: If an over-temperature condition occurs during the aging process, the red light will illuminate and the buzzer will sound.
3. Description of Chamber Structure and Materials:
The main system material is EPS sandwich panel, and the product's combustion performance meets the requirements of Grade B2 in the "Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials."
3.1 Wall Materials: The container is assembled with double-sided color steel thermal panels (EPS computer color) on all five sides, featuring fixed aluminum alloy beams for support and aluminum profile boards for edging. The ground is left untreated; sealant is applied at the joints to ensure the room's airtightness effectively, with an aging vehicle for products placed indoors.

Ceiling: 0.5mm thick color steel plate

3.2 Door Opening: W 800×900mm (double or single door, as per requirement)
3.3 Observation Window: 400×600mm, tempered glass, installed on the main door, during aging process
You can observe the indoor working conditions at any time.
3.4 The heater is placed in the circulating air duct on top of the aging room, surrounded by fire-resistant and insulating materials. A PID temperature module is used for control. Once the temperature reaches the required level for the product, it automatically adjusts the heater's power output based on the fluctuations of the indoor temperature, complementing the insulation properties of the heat preservation panels to maintain a stable indoor temperature at the set value.
4. Air Conditioning System
The wind pipe system complies with the standard GB50243-2002 for the Acceptance of Construction Quality of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering.
4.1 The hot air recirculation system utilizes the bottom-to-top return circulation concept, with a high-capacity fan forcing the air flow.
4.2 Wind systems are divided into exhaust systems and recirculating systems. The two systems operate independently.
4.3 The ventilation system expels excess heat from the indoor environment to the outside when the indoor temperature exceeds the required temperature for the product.
4.4 The ventilation system employs a design concept that combines ducts with fans, with the circulating fans continuously creating a convection circulation in the room air; ensuring uniformity of indoor temperature.
4.5 The heater is installed at the top of the aging room. It uses PID control to dynamically adjust the electrical heating output power based on the indoor and outdoor temperatures after the required product temperature is reached, ensuring precise control of the room temperature.
