Quick Stack Doors, also known as Garage Quick Doors, High-Roll Doors, High-Speed Roll-up Doors, Automatic Roll-up Doors, and PVC Quick Roll-up Doors, are a type of roll-up door. However, there are differences between them. Quick Stack Doors are larger industrial doors, typically exceeding 6 meters in both length and width, featuring industrial-grade quick motors that can open at a speed of 1.95 meters per second or more. They are installed at the entrances and exits of buildings and are made with soft curtains for rapid automatic opening.

High-speed rapid roller shutters offer multiple functions including heat insulation, insect prevention, windproofing, dustproofing, noise reduction, and odor prevention. Door curtain:
The Belgian Hysun imported curtains come in two types: see-through and non-see-through. The see-through curtains are made of fully transparent PVC material with a thickness of 1.2mm. The non-see-through curtains are made of a polyvinyl chloride coated fabric, containing a mesh nylon material inside, coated with PVC on the outside, and have a thickness of 0.8mm. All curtains are made of fiber materials, featuring high strength against piercing, excellent noise and air convection prevention, with tensile strength of 60-175KN/M and tear strength of 900/80N.
2. High-speed opening and closing
The speed of the rapid roll-up door's opening and closing should not be less than 0.6m/s, and it can be adjusted within the range of 0.6m/s to 1.5m/s.
3. Safe to Use
The door sides can be equipped with warning lights, which flash on opening and closing for alert purposes. The bottom of the door is fitted with an infrared protection device, preventing the door from descending when people or vehicles pass through. An optional pressure airbag can be added to the bottom, enhancing the effectiveness in preventing accidents and ensuring the safety of the roller shutter operation.
4. Good sealing properties:
Sealed bristles on both sides of the door frame, dust and insect-proof, with an elastic PVC base fabric at the bottom for a tight fit on uneven surfaces.
5. Cold Resistance Effect
Extremely cold-resistant with high softness at low temperatures, easy for personnel, vehicles, and items to enter and exit, excellent barrier effect, prevents heat loss, and significantly saves electricity. Operating Temperature: -30℃ to +70℃.
6. Interlock feature:
Enhances interlock performance, connects various devices' controllers, and prevents both doors from opening simultaneously. That is, the second door can only open after the first one is closed.
