I. Product Performance Description
1. Our industrial sliding doors are primarily used for exterior and interior doors in warehouses, garages, factories, and airport terminals.
2. Features stable operation, low noise, heat preservation, wind and dust resistance, and corrosion resistance.
3. Service Life: The normal service life of industrial sliding doors is not less than 200,000 cycles.
4. Wind pressure resistance: The wind resistance of industrial sliding doors should not be less than 750Pa. Special performance can be enhanced upon request.
5. Insulation Performance: Insulation performance not less than Grade 6 as specified in GB/T8484-2002 "Classification and Testing Methods for Insulation Performance of Building External Windows."
6. Actuator Control: The control device is sensitive and lightweight. The opening and closing speed is 10-15m/min, with noise level less than 65dB. In the event of a power outage, manual opening and closing is used, with an effort below 100N.
7. Operating Voltage: AC 220V/380V, Power: 0.75kW/1.5kW/2.2kW.
8. Control System Performance: Optional wireless remote control with an effective range over 30 meters. Equipped with manual buttons, the control system operates normally under -10℃ to 40℃ temperatures and relative humidity ≤ 85%.
II. Product Advantages
1. Door Panel: The door is made of color steel composite door panel, available in two thicknesses of 40mm/50mm. The inner and outer steel plates are 0.45mm thick, filled with high-density polyurethane foam material, and equipped with a protective film. It features built-in reinforcing ribs and double-sided strips for a luxurious and generous appearance. Each door panel has evenly spaced grooves on the inner wall to enhance the door's impact resistance.
2. Filling: Intermediate filling with 45kg/m³ of non-fluorinated polyurethane foam material, internally reinforced with steel strips for excellent thermal insulation, heat preservation, insulation, and soundproofing effects.
3. The surface steel plate joints are firmly sealed without gaps, ensuring the overall strength and reliability of the door panel.
4. Edging: The two end surfaces of the door panels are sealed with painted hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets, making them sturdy and durable. The hinges are securely fastened to the edging, enhancing the overall strength.
5. Sealing: All doors are equipped with top, bottom, and sealing strips, as well as sealing strips at the junction of the track and door panel, ensuring excellent sealing performance.
6. Balancing System: The scissor gate is balanced by high-tensile springs, which have a lifespan of 100,000 cycles. All spring surfaces are electroplated for enhanced corrosion resistance. The torsion spring material is 60SI2Mn, with different models selected based on the gate size and lifting method. A well-designed torsion spring can effectively balance the gate's weight, allowing the gate to stop at any position without the motor, reducing the motor's stress and extending its lifespan (high-quality torsion springs allow the sliding gate to rise and fall smoothly with minimal牵引 force from the motor).
7. External Handle: The door bottom is equipped with an aesthetically pleasing built-in handle for easy manual opening.
8. Small Door: An optional pedestrian door can be installed within the main door to ensure pedestrian safety.
9. Door with Small Window: Double-layer transparent insulating organic glass window, sealed and fixed with double-sided sealing strips between the window frame and the organic glass. Rubber frame (optional).
10. Tracks: Made entirely of hot-dip galvanized steel plates, passivated treatment for high corrosion resistance; aesthetically pleasing, strong, and resistant to deformation; ensures smooth operation of the sliding door along the fixed track.
11. Wheel: Equipped with steel roller (distinguishing from ordinary plastic rollers), sturdy and durable.
12. Rail Support: To reinforce the door body's strength and ensure the installation integrity of the sliding door track, preventing deformation, making the door body sturdy and durable; steel auxiliary rails are installed on both sides of the doorway (encasing and securing the track within) when installing large overhead industrial doors. These auxiliary rails are made of cold-rolled steel, which can limit the degree of door body rigidity.
Section 3: Composition of Safety Protection Devices
Wire rope anti-breakage device and torsion spring anti-breakage device
Anti-fall device, in case of accidental breakage of the torsion spring or steel wire rope under any circumstances, the anti-breakage safety bracket of the steel wire rope automatically opens, preventing the door body from falling, with a response time of 0.1 second; the door will stop within a range of 10cm.
2. Safety Protection Device
The door reverses and bounces upwards if a person or object passes through during the closing process, serving as a protective measure. Response time is 0.1 seconds. The safety device will continue to reverse the door until it is fully open.
The safety protection device meets the requirements of EN 12453:2000 and EN 12445:2000 standards.
