I. Product Performance Description
1. Our industrial sliding doors are primarily used as exterior and interior doors for warehouses, garages, factories, and airport terminals.
2. Features include smooth operation, low noise, thermal insulation, wind and dust resistance, and corrosion resistance.
3. Life Span: The normal service life of industrial sliding doors is not less than 200,000 cycles.
4. Wind Resistance Performance: The wind resistance of industrial sliding doors is not less than 750Pa. Special performance can be enhanced upon request.
5. Insulation Performance: Insulation performance not less than Grade 6 as specified in the "Classification and Testing Methods for Insulation Performance of External Windows of Buildings" GB/T8484-2002.
6. Opening and Closing Control: The control device is sensitive and lightweight. The opening and closing speed is 10-15m/min, with noise level below 65dB. In case of power outage, manual operation is used for opening and closing, with an action force under 100N.
7. Operating Voltage: AC 220V/380V, Power: 0.75 kW/1.5 kW/2.2 kW.
8. Control System Performance: Optional wireless remote control device with an effective range over 30 meters, equipped with manual buttons as well. The control system operates normally under conditions of -10℃ to 40℃ and relative humidity ≤ 85%.
Section II: Product Advantages
1. Door Panel: The door body is a composite steel door panel, available in two thicknesses of 40mm/50mm. The inner and outer steel plates are 0.45mm thick, filled with high-density polyurethane foam material, and equipped with a protective film. It includes reinforced ribs and double-sided strips, exuding luxury and elegance. Each door panel has evenly spaced grooves on the inner wall to enhance the door's impact resistance.
2. Filling: Centered with 45kg/m3 of non-fluorinated polyurethane foam material, internally reinforced with steel strips, providing excellent thermal insulation, heat preservation, electrical insulation, and soundproofing effects.
3. The surface steel plate junction is firmly sealed without cracks, ensuring the door panel's overall strength and reliability.
4. Edging: The two end surfaces of the door panels are sealed with painted hot-dipped galvanized steel, sturdy and durable. The hinges are securely fastened to the edging, adding extra strength.
5. Sealing: All doors are equipped with top, bottom, and sealing strips, as well as sealing strips at the junction of the track and door panel, ensuring excellent sealing performance.
6. Balance System: The overhead door is balanced by high-tensile springs, with a lifespan of 100,000 cycles. All spring surfaces are electroplated for enhanced corrosion resistance. The torsion spring material is 60SI2Mn, and different models of torsion springs are selected based on the door size and lifting method. Good torsion springs can effectively balance the door's own weight, allowing the door to stop at any position without the motor, reducing the motor's load and extending its service life (high-quality torsion springs require minimal traction from the motor to smoothly lift and lower the sliding door).
7. External Handle: The door bottom is equipped with an aesthetically pleasing built-in handle for easy manual door opening.
8. Small Door: An optional pedestrian passage door can be set within the main door to ensure pedestrian safety.
9. Door with Small Window: Double-layer transparent insulating organic glass window, sealed and fixed with double-sided sealing strips between the window frame and the organic glass. Rubber frame (optional).
10. Tracks: Made of hot-dipped galvanized steel plate, with passivation treatment for high corrosion resistance; aesthetically pleasing, with high strength and resistance to deformation; ensures smooth operation of the sliding door along the fixed track.
11. Wheel: Equipped with steel roller (distinguishing from standard plastic roller), sturdy and durable.
12. Guide Rail Reinforcement: To strengthen the door structure and ensure the installation integrity of the sliding door guide rail, prevent rail deformation, and make the door sturdy and durable, steel auxiliary guides are installed on both sides of the entrance when installing large-scale lifting industrial doors (the guide rail is enclosed and fixed within the auxiliary guide). These auxiliary guides are made of cold-rolled steel, which can limit the degree of door rigidity.
Section 3: Composition of Safety Protection Devices
Wire rope anti-breakage and torsion spring anti-breakage device
Anti-fall device, in any case of unexpected breakage of the torsion spring or wire rope, the anti-breakage safety bracket for wire rope automatically opens to prevent the door from falling, with a reaction time of 0.1 seconds; the door will stop within a range of 10 cm.
2. Safety Protection Device
If a person or object passes through the door during its closing process, the safety device detects it and the door reverses upwards for protection. Reaction time: 0.1 seconds. The safety device will cause the door to reverse until fully open.
Safety devices comply with EN 12453:2000 and EN 12445:2000 standards.
