Flexible Perforated Pipe
Product Introduction:
Flexible drainage pipes are a new type of material with reverse-filtering and permeable (drainage) functions. They overcome many drawbacks of other drainage materials due to their unique design principles and excellent properties of the constituent materials. They have strong drainage and infiltration effects, utilizing the "capillary" phenomenon and "siphon" principle to integrate water absorption, permeation, and drainage. They meet engineering design requirements for pressure resistance, permeability, and reverse filtration. They do not break due to geological or geographical temperature changes and can achieve the effect of discharging clean water without causing secondary pollution to the environment. They are a new product. Their installation is simple, with no joints required, and they have no special requirements for geology or terrain, making them versatile for any concealed drainage needs.
Characteristics of soft permeable pipes:
Materials for the construction of flexible permeable pipe
1) High-carbon steel wire: Phosphated anti-rust treatment, coated with PVC to prevent acid and alkali corrosion. The unique spiral steel wire frame ensures the smooth surface of the pipe wall and its ability to withstand pressure.
2) Non-woven filter layer: Ensures effective filtration and prevents sediment from entering the pipe.
3) Synthetic Polyester Fiber: Warp yarns are made of high tenacity polyester yarn or nylon yarn coated with PVC, and weft yarns are made of special fibers, offering sufficient tensile strength.
2. Characteristics of flexible drainage pipes:
1) Small pore diameter, permeable, excellent water permeability.
2) High compressive and tensile strength, long service life.
3) Excellent corrosion and microbial resistance.
4) Good overall continuity, with fewer joints and easy connection.
5) Lightweight, easy to install;
6) Soft texture, good soil binding properties, and other advantages.
